1. HOW TO AVAIL OF THE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
    1. Regular Partnership Card is issued for FREE for a minimum purchase of P3000.
    2. Qualified items for minimum purchase are only regular priced, Plains & Prints and RAF merchandise. Plains & Prints merchandise is defined as items carrying the Plains & Prints brand name. Particularly: apparel, accessories, fragrances, gift items.
    3. NOT qualified purchases:
      • Complimentary Gift Certificates
      • Purchased of Gift Certificates (Redemption of Purchased Gift Certificate is qualified to earn points.
      • Ruru and Filgifts GC
    4. Card must be issued upon transaction and not at any points after a transaction had been processed and issued a receipt.
  2. HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR CARD
    1. After availing of the Partnership Card, customer shall be asked to properly fill out a Data Sheet and submit to the Cashier.
    2. To activate your Partnership Card and start earning of points, customer must text: PARTNERSHIP/REG/Customer ID #/Full Name/Birthdate (MM-DD-YYYY)/Email/City Address and send to 0922-1-888-888 Ex. PARTNERSHIP/REG/300000/PAULINE MARTINEZ/07-26-1986/paulinemartinez@yahoo.com/QUEZON CITY
  3. HOW TO EARN POINTS
    1. For every purchased of any regular prices Plains & Prints and/or RAF merchandise, no minimum purchase required on cash/credit card transactions,
      • Regular Card - 3point for every P100 transaction
      • Prestige Card - 10% of the transaction (Only for existing Prestige Cardholders)
      • Elite Card - 20% of the total transaction (Only for existing Elite Cardholders)
    2. Plains & Prints merchandise is defined as items carrying the Plains & Prints brand name. Particularly but not limited to apparel, accessories, fragrances, gift items.
    3. Earning of points is NOT applicable on consigned items such as Happy Skin and other merchandise.
    4. Points are earned based on total purchased amount, either through cash or credit card.
    5. Partnership Card must be presented at the cashier before payment in order to earn points. NO CARD NO PINTS policy will be strictly implemented.
    6. Card usage may be transferable in earning of points, EXCEPT in redeeming of points; a VALID ID of the card owner must be presented.
    7. Points are credited REAL TIME, meaning they can use their points immediately on the next transaction.
    8. Cards that do not transact for a period of 1 year shall expire together with points earned.
    9. All points earned shall be reflected on customer’s official receipt.
    10. In the event that a customer wishes to refund based on valid reasons approved by the store, points shall also be deducted from the card. Card must be presented for a successful deduction, terms and conditions shall apply (see Section VI. Card Replacement for procedures).
    11. Should the system go offline during a transaction, earning of points may still be permitted.
    12. One card per transaction only. No splitting of points is allowed with multiple cards.
    13. Points may be earned at any Plains & Prints qualified participating boutique nationwide. Department Stores and other concessions not included.
  4. REDEMPTION OF POINTS
    1. Point to Peso conversion: 1 point is equivalent to 1 Peso.
    2. Points may be used to purchase any Plains & Prints and RAF merchandise. Plains & Prints merchandise is defined as items carrying the Plains & Prints brand name. Particularly but not limited to apparel, accessories, fragrances, gift items.
    3. Redeeming of points is NOT applicable on consigned items such as Happy Skin and other merchandise.
    4. Customer may redeem his/her points at any purchase while store is in operation. Points are valid for redemption on any Plains & Prints merchandise.
    5. Upon redemption, card owner whose name must reflect on the POS database MUST present a valid ID with picture upon redemption of points.
    6. Points cannot be used to redeem a Partnership Card.
    7. Points may be redeemed only in increments of P100.
    8. When system is offline, points cannot be redeemed BUT earning is allowed.
  5. CHECKING OF POINTS
    1. Checking of points may be done by texting: PARTNERSHIP/BAL/Customer ID# and send to 0922-1-888-888 or
    2. At any qualified participating Plains & Prints boutique nationwide, card must be presented at the cashier for checking. Ex. PARTNERSHIP/BAL/300000
  6. CARDHOLDER’S INFORMATION UPDATE
    • Card owner’s can add or update their information by texting: PARTNERSHIP/UPDATE/Client info/s [email address, city address] and send to 0922-1-888-888 Ex. PARTNERSHIP/UPDATE/paulinemartinez@yahoo.com or PARTNERSHIP/UPDATE/QUEZON CITY or PARTNERSHIP/UPDATE/QUEZON CITY, paulinemartinez@yaho.com
  7. POINTS AND VALIDITY
    1. Partnership Card owner is eligible for a lifetime membership with the Partnership program.
    2. However, failure to acquire points within a period of one (1) year / twelve (12) months will automatically forfeit card owner’s points.
  8. CARD REPLACEMENTS
    1. If card is stolen or lost cardholder must immediately visit a Plains & Prints boutique and notify the store head. Store head shall:
      • Require a valid ID and affidavit of lost from customer.
      • Affidavit must bear the following card owner’s data: Full name, address, contact details.
      • Once requirements are complete, store shall surrender all documents to head office for processing. Card replacement shall take 5-7 working days.
      • Once request for replacement is approved, head office shall permanently deactivate the lost card and ZERO-out its points. Points will then be transferred to the NEW CARD.
      • Customer shall be notified if the new card is ready for pick-up at the store.
      • Customer must fill-up a new data sheet. Once properly accomplished - following the standard procedure in issuance of card.
      • A replacement fee of P150 will be charged to the customer. Store will issue an acknowledgement receipt.
    2. If card is damaged, damaged card MUST be surrendered to store staff for replacement (same process as above). A replacement free of P150 will be required upon issuance of the new card.
  9. QUALIFIED PARTICIPATING BRANCHES
    1. All Plains & Prints boutiques nationwide are qualified to issue or transact redemption of points any time during store operation. (See qualified merchandise on Section III.)
    2. Department Stores and Concessions are not qualified branches.
  10. USAGE AND PROMOS
    1. To envoy full loyalty benefits, customers must present the card on every purchase at any qualified Plains & Prints boutique.
    2. Card is transferable ONLY when earning points for redemption, cardholder whose name is reflected on the POS database MUST present a valid ID with photo to use points
    3. Plains & Prints reserves the right to revoke membership, terminate the program, amend terms and conditions and/or restrict or modify usage of card due to inconspicuous activity or as it deems fit, without prior notice.
