    • Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated during checkout.

Returns and Exchanges:

    • We accept returns within 14 days of domestic delivery. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed instructions.
  • How do I initiate a return or exchange?
    • Notify us via email (shop@plainsandprints.com) immediately within 24 hours starting from the date of delivery. Specify the reason for returning the item/s with photo and video documentation as well as the color and/or size of replacement.
  • Are returns free?
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Plains & Prints Mobile App:

How do I register?

  • Download the Plains & Prints mobile app on the App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Select whether you are an EXISTING or NEW member.
  • For NEW members, customer must fill out their details such as Full Name, Birthdate, Email, Mobile Number and Address.
  • User must enter the 6 alpha-numeric code sent via email on the mobile app to verify and activate the account.

Can I earn/redeem my Plains & Prints Mobile App points on your website?

  • Unfortunately, online earning and redemption is not yet available. We are working to have online earning and redemption available soon!

Account and Security:

  • How do I create an account?
    • Click on "Sign Up" and follow the instructions to create an account. Having an account allows you to track orders and manage your preferences.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

All items sold on the website go through our quality control procedures. We inspect every item before it is shipped, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage.

 

Should the received item/s be damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we will gladly replace them. Kindly email [shop@plainsandprints.com] outlining the reason for return with an attached video and photo of the damage within 24 hours of order receipt, for an exchange of the same item in a good condition. If the item is no longer available, we will coordinate with the customer for a suitable replacement. Customers may also have the item exchanged in any of our physical stores located in Metro Manila.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment to avoid any damage to the item until we receive them. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Plains & Prints will shoulder the appropriate shipping costs related to return of damaged items. Upon the receipt of damaged item/s, we will evaluate and confirm if the item is acceptable for exchange. All merchandise must be returned in the condition they were received and in original packaging.

Due to hygienic reasons, only damaged and incorrectly shipped items are subject to returns and exchange.

 

RETURNABLE: APPAREL, BAGS

  • Items must be in marketable condition (all garment tags still attached, unwashed & unworn).

  • Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for bodysuits/swimwear.
    •
  • The allowable period for domestic use is 14 days.
    •
  • For International orders, we are unable to offer return services at the moment.
    •
  • The item/s must be shipped back to Plains & Prints within 24 hours from the date of email notification.
    •
  • Shipping and handling costs incurred are non-refundable.
    •
  • Shipping and handling costs involved in returning and sending back the item will be shouldered by the customer.
    •
  • Items may be exchanged within our physical stores/boutiques located in Metro Manila only.

    NON-RETURNABLE: SWIMWEAR, UNDERWEAR, SALE ITEMS

     

    DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED ITEMS

  • Item/s delivered with factory defects must be reported immediately within 24 hours upon receipt of the item/s.
    •
  • Item/s returned that are described as damaged or defective will be tested and inspected. If found defective or damaged, Plains & Prints will replace the item and pay for the appropriate shipping costs.
    •
  • You will be held responsible for items until the arrival at our warehouse. Please ensure that the packaging of the items is secured to avoid damage. We strongly advise the use of dependable couriers that provide tracking services and details.

  • All returns are still subject to quality assessment. Items that do not pass a quality check will be transported back to the customer.

    PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING / EXCHANGING THE ITEM

  • Notify us via email [shop@plainsandprints.com] immediately within 24 hours starting from the date of delivery. Specify the reason for returning the item/s with photo and video documentation as well as the color and/or size of replacement.

  • We will inform the customer if the item for exchange is available. If available, the company will immediately advise the customer to send back the item to the standard return address within 24 hours of receipt of email notification.

    PURCHASES FROM UNAUTHORIZED SELLING PLATFORMS

     

    Plains & Prints disclaims any guarantees or warranties as to the quality, authenticity, originality, and correctness of price of products and/or merchandise purchased from unofficial or unauthorized selling platforms, and shall not be liable to replace or refund such products and/or merchandise.



    QUALIFIERS FOR REJECTION OF ITEMS FOR INBOUND

    Item/s with the following are considered defective and non-returnable and shall be subject for return to the Plains & Prints head office:

    • Damaged zipper
    • Incomplete buttons
    • Loose buttons
    • Incomplete accessories as described in the Product Uploading Sheet (PUS). (e.g. inner top/camisole, belt, detachable accessories, etc.)
    • Fabric bleeding
    • Fabric runs
    • Does not match the product description
    • Attached hard tag
